Professional dermatologist-backed skincare shipping terms for your independent store

1. Order Processing Time

All CeraVe skincare orders undergo careful inspection and secure packaging before dispatch.
  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends, public holidays and major sale seasons like Black Friday)
  • Peak season notice: During high-volume promotions, processing may extend up to 5 business days. We will send email updates to notify you of any delays.
  • No same-day dispatch for orders placed after 3 PM local time.

    Once your parcel ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeline

We ship to the US and most international regions via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx.

International Shipping

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • For all international orders, customers are fully responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees or local tax charges required by your country upon arrival.
  • We cannot pre-pay or cover customs taxes; fees are collected by your local courier at delivery.
  • Customs inspection may cause unexpected delivery delays beyond our control. We do not issue compensation for customs hold-ups.

4. Order Tracking

  1. After dispatch, check your registered email for tracking links.
  2. Track real-time parcel status via our website tracking page or 17TRACK.
  3. If your tracking number shows no updates for over 7 days, contact our support email: ceraveshop@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

5. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

Damaged Cosmetic/Skincare Goods

If you receive broken, leaked or damaged CeraVe products:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number + clear photos of the damaged packaging and items
  3. We offer free re-delivery or full refund for defective parcels at our cost

Lost / Stolen Packages

  • Marked as delivered but not received: File a claim with us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will coordinate with couriers to investigate.
  • Confirmed lost in transit: We will resend your skincare order free of charge or process a full refund as your preference.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship skincare liquids, creams and ointments to restricted territories due to international liquid transport regulations.
  • P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses are supported only via standard ground shipping (no expedited options).
  • Hazardous shipping bans: Some countries restrict cosmetic shipments; we reserve the right to cancel orders that fail carrier safety checks.

7. Delivery Address Modifications

  • Address changes are only permitted before your order is dispatched.
  • Once shipped, we cannot adjust delivery addresses. Incorrect addresses entered at checkout leading to return or loss will be the customer’s responsibility for re-shipping fees.

8. Return Shipping Rules

  • Defective, wrong or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Voluntary returns (change of mind, unsuitable skin type): Customer bears return shipping fees
  • Hygiene reminder: Opened, used skincare products cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival, per beauty industry hygiene standards.
